Hi Team!

At last night's swim practice I mentioned that I'll be leading an easy bike ride at 8am on Saturday, on West River Drive (MLK) by the Spring Garden bridge near the Art Museum. West River Drive is closed, so it's a perfect place to ride in the morning.


Orlin is leading a ride from the same place and time with T3, a local triathlon club for those of you that would like to get some more mileage in and meet some more local triathletes.



I myself am racing the next morning, so I'm just going to cruise lazily up and down West River drive a few times, so feel free to join me!

Right now the weather looks a bit "iffy". The call is for thunderstorms later in the morning, but hopefully it will hold out. I'll most likely be riding, unless it's completely pouring. Let's get a bunch of people out!
